Which sheet size do I need?

Choose by the final printed size of your designs. The estimates below assume rectangular artwork with approximately 0.25 inch of cutting space between designs. Irregular shapes and mixed sizes may fit differently.

Artwork requirements

• Transparent-background PNG preferred
• 300 DPI at the final printed size
• Maximum artwork width: 12.5 inches
• Submit artwork at the exact size you want printed
• Leave at least 0.25 inch between designs
• Remove backgrounds that should not print
• Do not mirror the artwork

This listing is for print-ready artwork. RAM Designz will print the submitted file as supplied. Artwork cleanup, background removal, resizing, or gang-sheet arrangement is not included. Choose “Separate files – arrange them” for ready-to-print individual designs, or “Create or rebuild artwork” when the design itself must be created or reconstructed.

Pressing instructions

1. Pre-press the garment for about 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Place the transfer adhesive-side down.
3. Press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds using firm, even pressure.
4. Allow the transfer to cool, then peel the film slowly.
5. Cover with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and repress for 5–10 seconds.

Heat presses and garments vary. Test first and adjust time, temperature, or pressure when necessary. Use lower temperatures and shorter pressing times for heat-sensitive materials.

Care

• Wait 24–48 hours before washing
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the design

Colors can vary between screens and printed transfers. By ordering, you confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce the submitted artwork.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time begins after shipment and is separate from production turnaround. Local pickup customers will be notified when their order is ready.
